Some thoughts to ponder before I post my progress and activities...
Poise in the face of frustration
Patience is the key to paradise.- Turkish proverb
Whether waiting to see a change on the scale, dealing with your coworkers, or diligently putting in work and feeling unappreciated, losing your patience is very easy to do. By exercising patience with all people, you are allowing them to become better and to learn on their own through gentle guidance. One healthy byproduct of self control in the face of frustration is that it usually leads to encouragement and enhancement of your relationships. Happy families and friendships thrive on patience and learning. It may take time to learn, but the results are well worth it!
Thursday and Friday I did great. Saturday I took the day off, good thing too Sunday brought a bug that has progressively gotten worse, today I am just a big huge blob of BLAH.

WAY COOL fitness gear for "Keeping a Lid On The Junk In The Trunk"
Last somethings I found this week that were not directed at a Healthy Lifestyle but just fit right in.
A mind is a terrible thing to CHASE. If you want answers, listen to your body. It will never lie to you. Truth is the only language it knows.
Your mind, on the other hand, speaks with a forked tongue. And it will trick you into believing that it knows what it’s talking about. It doesn’t. How accurate is your personal guidance system?
Don’t build a better mousetrap – build a better YOU. First of all, who the heck still uses mousetraps? What is this, 1946? Call an exterminator and get on with your life. Secondly, mousetraps are overrated.
YOU are the only product that ever matters. That’s what people are buying anyway. What have you done, specifically – in the last 24 hours – to make yourself better?

Run like Phoebe - I love it!!
I love it!!!! THose were all great. Sorry you have a bug. (The mousetrap thing was too funny.)
Thanks for all your kind words and prayers. We will be traveling 4 hours tomorrow to the funerals. Hope to be back home early on Sat. Then hubby preaches Sun...and we leave right after church to go to Orlando. He is attending a camp meeting and we are checking out housing. I will post WLW next week, just may not be much on my progress, since I will not be home to weigh and such.
Love you,
Chasity
I love that term, "Computer Butt"!!! And yes, we'll fight it!

Love the links! Read them all! Be blessed this week!
I'm a lifetime Weight Watchers member. I don't consider it a 'diet.' I've learned so much about nutrition and how my body works because of WW. It provides a strong support group when I'm struggling. I also have the opportunity to offer advice when others are struggling. The fact that my health insurance covered my meetings in full until I reached Lifetime is the icing on the cake (no pun intended LOL).
